\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAt Springplank, we notice a stigma surrounding homelessness. However, the situation has changed in recent years. A larger part of the target group is now economically homeless. This is a different type of person from the \u2018long beard, can of beer and syringe in the arm\u2019 stereotype that many people know. Today's homeless person looks like you and your neighbours, but has had one setback too many. The target group has changed and that means the approach has to change too. Springplank's vision is to ensure the transformation of homeless people into people without jobs and homes, who participate in the city again. The stigma has to come off, while we remain low-threshold and the target group is central.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Rabauw and Heymarketing<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In collaboration with Rabauw and Heymarketing, we are developing two beers (one with alcohol and one without). For Springplank, this project contributes to breaking the stigma surrounding homelessness. You may be thinking, alcohol, isn't that just stigmatising? We do not think so. There is a new group of homeless people with minor problems. This group is rising and the heavier group of homeless people is actually getting smaller. We want to tell the story of this rising target group and we do so by depicting one of our candidates on the beer. Want to know more about this project? Heuvelgalerie donation<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In the Heuvel gallery in Eindhoven, there is a lot of nuisance from homeless people. This concerns the group of homeless people with bigger problems. As part of this, there have been several consultations with Springplank's Outreach team. One of our outreach workers, Marieke, also regularly drops in at the Hill to see how things are going. As the contact is enjoyable and the Hill Gallery tries to approach it in a positive way, they have made a donation to Springplank. The donation is specifically about the coins thrown into the \u2018bathing lady\u2019 in the Hill by passers-by.
