The winter emergency shelter (WNO) at Sliffertsestraat 300 in Eindhoven will be open between 16:00 and 08:00 every day from Monday.<\/strong><\/p>

Initially, we are open to the people we know,\u201d says Springplank 040 director Thijs Eradus.<\/strong> \u201eFor the people who sleep outside and cannot or do not want to go inside. And the migrant workers from Eastern Europe known to us who are not allowed to use regular shelters.\u201d<\/p>

People who report to the shelter in Meerhoven, but are unknown to the aid agency, will not be admitted. \u201eWe want to prevent the reception centre from having a pull factor and attracting people from outside Eindhoven,\u201d he said.\u201d<\/p><\/div>

The doors do open for everyone when it gets -5 degrees Celsius or colder at night (or during the day).<\/p>

The same goes for the shelter at De Kamenij at Jeroen Boschstraat 19 in Helmond<\/p><\/div><\/div>
