Within Springplank, we are only too happy to help students during an internship or welcome them as working students. What is it like to work as a student at Springplank? We ask Tess and Tessa!\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u201cEvery day is different. Sometimes we start with the team, then first we chat about how things are going and then we discuss progress. In the end, you have a lot of your own freedom to get to work, but therefore also your own responsibility to keep colleagues informed and keep up with your task list. We work very nicely together, but so also well on our own.\u201d Tells Tess. I mainly deal with visualising texts and stay in touch with my team. We keep each other informed about what we are working on and help each other where necessary.\u201d.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u201cAs an intern, I had a great time at Springplank! What I liked most was that I ended up in a very nice and friendly environment where I was given the space to explore different aspects of the organisation and gain useful experience for my studies. I had regular discussions with my internship supervisor so that together we could see what more I wanted to learn and this was always taken into account!\u201d tells Tessa. After her internship, she stuck around as a working student \u201cI enjoyed the work during my internship so much that I immediately seized the opportunity to become a working student in this friendly team!\u201d.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

  1. Flexible working hours. \u201cSince my school schedule is different every week, I cannot work on the same days every week. Fortunately, this was not a problem as long as I let them know when I would be there.\u201d\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
