The above online complaint form allows external parties, such as candidates, local residents, cooperation partners or other stakeholders, to submit a complaint to Springplank. The complaint will be registered, assigned to a responsible person within Springplank and the reporter will be contacted within five working days.
Springplank operates both an internal and an external complaints procedure. It is important that a complaint is first submitted and worked through internally, as external handling is not possible until the internal procedure has taken place. This ensures that Springplank can first try to resolve the complaint or signal itself.
For complaints about treatment, service or the functioning of the organisation that have not been dealt with satisfactorily internally, the reporter can turn to the external complaints committee. The external complaints committee that Springplank is affiliated with isKlachtenportaal Zorg. On the complaints portal website, a complaint can be submitted via the ‘submit complaint’ button, or by sending an e-mail to info@klachtenportaalzorg.nl.
