Our Think Tank consists of a group of committed (former) candidates who focus on key themes within Springplank. We focus on three essential living areas: living, working and participating. Our goal is to make candidates' personal journey as comfortable and successful as possible by actively thinking and talking with and about Springplank.
At Springplank's Think Tank, we believe in the power of collaboration and shared knowledge. We bring together diverse perspectives to creatively reflect together on candidates' personal journey and its progression. We do this through brainstorming sessions and open conversations at one of Springplank's locations or in a meeting setting, depending on the topic and purpose of the meeting. We aim to create an environment where everyone feels heard and seen, and where ideas take shape.

Vision
We believe in the brainpower and voice of (former) candidates and harness the experiences and insights of (former) social care candidates. By focusing on the essential areas of living, working and participating, we aim to contribute to improving Springplank's services.
Mission
Making candidates' journeys as comfortable and successful as possible. We do this by actively thinking and talking with and about Springplank. We strive to represent the candidate's voice and create valuable insights from within. By engaging in open discussions, working together and listening to each other, we aim to contribute to optimising candidates' route to livelihood.
