Innovations & knowledge
Springplank stands for results and solutions. With our Springplank DNA, we do not think in terms of problems, but in terms of solutions. On some issues we therefore deviate from the beaten track, because the problem simply requires a different approach. In addition, we have gained a lot of knowledge and experience over the years. Because we believe that there is no need to reinvent the wheel, we make our knowledge more accessible and so do our partners. This allows us to work together for the homeless and for other people who need support in their (daily) lives.

Pavilion General Horrocksstraat 19 + 21

Due to the unrest and problems surrounding the premises at General Horrocksstraat 19 + 21, Springplank's counselling team decided to create a pavilion. This pavilion provides a place where counsellors can work and have conversations with the candidates living in this property. This gives the supervisors a better idea of what is going on at this location, who is present, who is working and who is not. In addition, the social managers and security guards can also work and be present in the pavilion, providing more supervision and peace of mind at this location. Thanks to an anonymous sponsor, a large part of the pavilion could be funded, and currently the pavilion is being further embellished and decorated.

Springplank Academy

In 2025, we established the Springplank Academy, in which we document the Springplank methodology, practices and other knowledge. The Springplank Academy provides both internal and external services.

ICT knowledge ASML

ASML has offered Springplank to look into our ICT issues. ASML's involvement with Springplank in this enables us to use their extensive expertise in information technology. This collaboration allows us to deal more effectively with our IT challenges and allows us to focus even more on strengthening our mission and services.
