Our goal is to guide candidates back to work as soon as possible so that they can participate in society again. To achieve this goal, we cooperate with various organisations where they can start up again to get back into the labour market.
Van der Leegte Works
One of these fine cooperation partners is Van Der Leegte Werkt. “Everyone is welcome! Whether they have a backpack or a whole shopping cart, we look for opportunities in which they can still do their bit.” Narrated Bert, from Van Der Leegte Werkt. “We provide the structure they need and provide healthy stimulation. It's nice to see them growing here and building a social circle!”. We are super happy with this collaboration!
Rabauw
Another collaboration we are super happy with is Rabauw. “We can learn a lot from each other” says Roy, one of the supervisors at Rabauw. This is a social enterprise where candidates can turn their backpack back into a CV. “We give them space to try new things and enjoy seeing when they graduate again.” One of the candidates/Rabauwers says “I enjoy going to work again.” He gets to prepare everything in the restaurant and would like to advance in the hospitality industry. Another candidate/Rabauwer proudly shows off the brewery and explains how everything works. “There is a very nice, airy, hip atmosphere with very nice people and I am also learning something, so for me it is super positive.”
