Recently, tenders had to be re-tendered for accommodation for refugees from Ukraine. Springplank tendered for all four lots for reception in Eindhoven, aiming to keep the current two sites run by Springplank. 

Two of the four we have been awarded, but these are not the sites we already had. These are two plots previously run by Salvation Army and Neos. The two plots we had have now been awarded to a new party in this region and within this contract. 

In response, Springplank filed summary proceedings seeking to retain them.
