As you may know or have read, there has been a court case in Den Bosch and a lawsuit at the Council of State regarding the Cyclamenstraat in Eindhoven. Both lawsuits are directed at Eindhoven municipality, Springplank is executing party but therefore an interested party.
Both court cases were heard in emergency hearings with the aim of some local residents to stop the conversion of Cyclamen Street, where we are realising 19 residential places for the A & B category of homeless people.
We have since received feedback from both court cases and have been informed that the rebuilding will begin next Monday. Demolition will first take place at the site and then the 19 residential spaces will be realised.
