Springplank013 provides work, shelter and access to our network. Thus, self-reliance is enhanced.
| Focus on providing livelihood security for all
In Tilburg, we offer homeless people a route to livelihood security. The focus here is on the three essential living areas in the Springplank pyramid of needs: living, working and participating in society.According to Springplank, these are requirements for finding space, peace and meaning in order to build an independent existence, and continue it under their own steam.

At Springplank, candidates work to the best of their ability. We provide work, shelter and our network. This increases self-reliance. On average, candidates leave for independent living with a paid job within a year. Our candidates are able and motivated to work.

Homeless or homeless, and then what?
Anyone who is (imminently) homeless can report to Traverse. They do an initial screening of whether the person reporting is a suitable Springplank candidate. If so, an appointment is made for an intake interview at Springplank.
| Customised route at springplank
After someone is registered with Springplank, they are assigned a personal tutor. This supervisor starts working with the candidate. We guide the candidate towards participation in various forms and search for housing. In the tailor-made route, a counsellor looks at the following living areas with the candidate.
| Sustainable outflow
On average, a tailor-made route lasts between six months and two years, after which the candidate moves out to their own home, room or other suitable housing.
